We are a well-established, boat tour and charter company with over 20 years of operation based in the Santa Barbara Harbor. We are seeking licensed, experienced captains to join our team.

Open Positions:

1) 6-Pack Captain
• Operating a chartered electric Duffy boat
• Private charters only

2) 25-Ton Captain
• Operating Lil’ Toot
• Public cruises and private charters

Qualifications:
• Valid USCG license appropriate for position (6-Pack or 25-Ton)
• Proven on-water captain experience
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
• Enjoys working with guests from all over the world
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
