We are a growing residential remodeling company based in Santa Barbara specializing in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable laborer/carpenter who is eager to learn and grow within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Assist carpenters and lead tradesmen with daily construction tasks
Perform demolition, job site preparation, and cleanup
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
Assist with cabinet installation, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, and finish work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Run errands for materials, supplies, and dump runs
Work alongside multiple trades and learn new skills
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
Trade experience is a big plus (finish carpentry, framing, tiling, electrical and plumbing)
Reliable transportation (truck preferred) and valid driver's license
Ability to occasionally pull a trailer is a plus
Should have some tools and/or intention to get more
Willingness to learn new trades and take direction
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
