Small company looking for a experienced painter versatile enough to do prep, grunt work, and high end work as well. Must be honest, clean, and no drugs. You must be productive, energetic, hardworking and efficient.
This requires experience and skill. In addition to painting other skills are important too, skills like matching stains, patching and texturing dry wall and stucco, and repairing termite damage, etc.
Good character is very important: You must be cooperative, reliable, get to work on time and get along with others. Each client has different needs so our approach must be flexible. It's my job to figure out what the customer wants and needs and your job to deliver. So you must be able to listen and follow directions and also be able to work on your own without supervision.
Just as I expect to learn new things from you, you must be willing to learn new ways from us.
We work as a team. We all pitch in to help each other prep and paint. We all do a little bit of everything.

The pay depends on your skills and productivity and whether you have tools and a truck. If you prove yourself I will pay you well.
