Makita 18 volt Hammer drill/screw gun model 8443D 2 speeds with clutch settings 1 to 12. Two batteries they work but need replacement. This is a Japan made Makita when they were made to last forever! The Drill itself works excellent. Original batteries just now giving it up. some bits and drills included Ni-MH battery is $34 on amazon. this drill is perfect for drilling tile, it has Vibration type hammer for no cracks or chips. $30 So for 64 dollars including new battery you will have a heavy duty professional tool.
