The room will be available from February (or late January) through April. It's a large master bedroom, features a south-facing, bright glass slider door opening to a private balcony, hardwood floors, and a large walk-in closet with a custom shelving system.
The living area includes a fireplace, a projector for movie nights, and Sonos Wi-Fi speakers. The common space is fully furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with high-quality cookware (juicer, mixer, knives, Nespresso, blender, instant pot, etc). A new Miele washing machine and dryer are in the unit. Brand new stove and dishwasher. Limited garage space (room for luggage, bikes, sports gear, but no extra vehicles). Street parking is easy, and an off-street spot is available through the HOA for $50/month.
Pool and Jacuzzi! The pool area is enclosed and furnished with sun loungers. Great sun all day.
The neighborhood is quiet, and you can walk to Hendry's Beach and Elings Park through the neighborhood trail system. Great neighborhood for runners and cyclists, and close to the Las Positas freeway on-ramp and the Five Points shopping center.
