I am a CAD Designer/Draftsman looking into helping Engineering / Architectural firms or individuals with freelance, part time or contract work. I am a Designer with over 25 years of experience with creating architectural, civil engineering and structural plans. During this time I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from one-man offices to larger firms, who needed to subcontract certain phases of their work. I have worked on any conceivable type of project, from small residential remodels, to large multi-unit developments, to commercial, industrial and public works projects.
I perform not only drafting and design, but also field measurements and plan expediting in all the Ventura and Santa Barbara city and county offices.
