Seeking place to park full size van long term, short term room needed (Santa Barbara Goleta Montecito)

I am in need of a possible long term parking in safe location for a full size van and I also want to rent a room and it may be not as long term as I plan to travel away and will need a safe place to leave the van until I return. The place to park the van is more important than a room to me at this time. I can do exchange work and am skilled in computers and accounting and some medical training and some home and auto repair.
I am older swm male over 55 with income and I will not be working on the vehicle at the location rented.
