1.) I'm looking for a one bedroom with private bathroom and enough storage, to put my belongings. Or I have to rent out a storage but that cost money.
Close to downtown SB.
2.) I'm also open to rent a room with enough storage and private bathroom in someone's home, preferred mature adults in their 50s and up. If here is any possibilities within these two possibilities. Thank you
