Is the a landlord out there who would appreciate a single, retired,(still works),active, never late paying rent, doesn't drink, smoke, party, is very clean, quiet, respectful of others individual to rent a bedroom, studio, seperate dwelling, housesitting situation to. Oh yes,... and a list of references a mile long including former landlord of 10yrs. Have a budget of$800-/+. I know that's not alot but,... month after month, always on time every time. Plus, have numerous handyman skills if you need help with projects. Skills backed up again by references. Won't you consider me and call to discuss further.
