Hello:) I'm a very respectful friendly quiet female, 38, looking for a place to live for 2 months in or near Santa Barbara county, starting some time in January. I'm looking to pay $1400 for the 2 months ($700 each month), and then I'll return to Maine, where I live now.
I used to live in Santa Barbara county and fell in love with the area years ago, and I've decided to escape the worst of this Maine winter and spend it back over in the place that captured my heart - Santa Barbara county. I live in an ancient farmhouse that's impossible to heat, and the cold is just too much for me here during the winter.
I definitely don't need a big fancy room, I just want to have a safe place to sleep. I'm a bird-watcher and beach-lover. I don't bring any drama or bad attitude. :) I'm also very clean, and I don't smoke.
I really would prefer to stay with a female/females. And I'm also hoping to have nearby bus stops, to get around, because I won't be bringing my vehicle.
