Looking for serious, responsible UCSB grad student or post doc, quiet and studious SBCC student, traveling nurse, or nursing student. All-female household strongly preferred.
Must be a cat person! Two resident felines will appreciate having a kind, animal-loving person around. Sorry, but no additional pets.
Vegetarian or vegan would be ideal (OR someone who just doesn't cook much at home).
Considerate and personable adult (female, semi-retired, former UCSB admin employee, now working pt) will sometimes be sharing kitchen and common areas, but mostly stays busy. A third female student or young professional will join the house close to the end of Feb. Hoping for a light-hearted and pleasant household with a good vibe and mutual respect.
No drugs, no smoking, no excessive drinking. Obviously, it’s not a party house. Please be environmentally friendly and willing to recycle.
