THE ROOM: The room for rent has been a wellness space and guest room. Including a pic of my room (with king bed) so you can see with furniture in it (rooms are similar in size) and has a huge closet as well.
SHARED SPACES: the bathroom and kitchen have all new appliances, counters, and fixtures, including a brand new bathtub. Living room has a large window looking into a quiet courtyard with a cozy fireplace, and the breakfast nook gets great morning light. Laundry onsite, off street parking, and garage/ storage space.
A very small hypoallergenic dog also lives here. No other animals allowed per lease agreement, unless a service animal. No drugs, heavy drinking etc, looking for a someone to add to the peaceful, calm, homey vibes ✌🏽
