Large room (19'x16') with closet, hardwood floors, and large windows so it gets amazing natural light. Shares bathroom (just the shower) with downstairs housemate, otherwise just yours. Lease is month to month and is open to long or short term stays. Rent is $2,000 + Utilities (trash, water, gas, electric, sewage, and wifi) will vary depending on seasonal usage (~$80).
Rest of house:
Shared access to living room, kitchen (Wedgewood stove, updated fridge, dishwasher and pantry), in unit washer/ dryer, and off street parking. There’s a large wrap around yard with lots of fruit trees and plenty of garden space perfect for relaxing outside.
