Very quiet peaceful room. It has a small counter for cooking needs cook top, mini refrigerator and sink. Harwood floors and Build in closet with 5 drawers. The bathroom is private with Mexican tile. The room fits a Queen size bed or full-size bed. It has double glass patio doors that open to the front yard where you can have a lounge chair/table.
The monthly rent is $2100.00 includes all utilities including internet and bimonthly housekeeper. Street parking/off site laundry. This room is comfortable and accommodates one person.
