The bedroom has its own private entrance, which offers a nice sense of separation while still being part of the home. There is a good amount of storage throughout, and nice closet in the bedroom. The space feels open and inviting.
I am looking for one person (working professional) to share the home with me (40 yo female) and my daughter, who is with me part-time and in school full-time during the week. I work in an office downtown Monday through Friday. The house is clean, charming, and well cared for, with a comfortable and easygoing feel.
Laundry room is attached to the house, and street parking is readily available in the cul-de-sac.
No pets.
$2,200/month (utilities included)
$2,000 deposit (can be split into a couple payments if helpful)
Available March 14, possibly sooner.
