Two rooms in large five bedroom home. Share bath with 2 others. Easy parking in driveway and in front of house. House is neat and clean although older. Bedroom for one person only. Must be female because bathroom is shared. Rent includes all utilities including gardening, high speed internet, cleaning service, gas, water, trash, electric. No other charges. Coin operated washer and dryer in garage. Room can be fully furnished or left empty. Kitchen and living room areas fully furnished. Plenty of shelf space and refrigerator space in kitchen. Covered patio out back. Fire Place too. One room available Jan 2 and the other mid January.
House rules are strict but they make for a very safe and quiet rental. No pets, no smoking, no parties, and no overnight guests without prior written permission. You are most welcome to have someone over to study, have dinner, watch tv BUT they must leave by 10 pm in deference to the other tenants. That way you will always know who is in your home when you wake up in the morning. Lots of motion sensor lights around the property. Close to bus lines to downtown and also SBCC. Walk to Mesa Shopping Center and the beach is nearby. One room rents for $1125 and the other for $1025. The landlord, me,. is very kind and quick to take care of repairs.
