I'm seeking a professional female roommate to share my 1100 sf 2 bdrm 1 bath house. The bedroom is 13' x 10.5' with a large closet. All of the art and small furnishings can be removed if desired, but the queen-sized bed would have to stay (recent guest said the mattress was incredibly comfortable). Bathroom (with tub) is shared but you would have your own sink. There is a bit more storage in hall closet, and a box or two could go in the garage. Small front yard with egg chair, couch, bistro table & chairs. Whole Foods is 0.3 mi, Trader Joe's is 1 mile, both downtown and Arroyo Burro Beach are 10 mins.

About me: I am a 43 y/o who primarily works from home in sustainability and climate action with the wine industry. I have a 4+ month old Boxer girl, Mira, who is a love bug. Mira is about 23 lbs right now but in a year she'll be 50+ lbs. I am pretty laidback, love the beach, enjoy wine (but no other substances), like to keep the house clean.

Additional Details:

- Value well-kept, calm, comfortable house
- Ideally minimum 6-mos lease but can discuss
- Ideally limited cooking of meat at home (I'm a vegetarian)
