This room is very quiet with a door to the spacious backyard. This is a quiet area of a 3,800 square foot house at the very end of a private cul-de-sac on large piece of land. The living room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, and kitchen are cleaned by a housekeeper twice a month and shared with other tenants. This is a single occupancy room. The area is empty most of the day as other residents work during the day.. Rental is available now prorated for move in date. Sorry, No pets, drugs (including marijuana) or parties.
