I am looking for someone to fill a spot in a private, and quiet bedroom in a very clean and well-maintained household. The apartment is a two-bedroom/one and a half bath, apartment with a lot of natural light.
Conveniently located to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, freeway access, walking distance to Ellwood beach, hiking and biking trails.
I am a working professional and have no pets. I work early hours (usually at work at 6 am) and I am off by 4-5pm which is why it's so important to find someone considerate of space, privacy and noise. On my time off I'm usually working out at home, doing yoga or relaxing. I’m an extremely clean person (I mean it) and prefer to have the place clean at all times.
For a housemate, I am looking for someone who: keeps common spaces clean (this is extremely important to me), who is respectful of other people’s space and belongings. Someone who works evenings would be ideal but not a must. Ultimately someone who is kind, an all-around good person and respectful. I am flexible and can adapt to different energy levels. I am open to a chore system to make it easier on both people.
