Negotiable access to the larger tools I have in the shop: tablesaw, planer, band saw, sliding table saw, chop saws, spindle sander, lath, etc
The shop is in an old greenhouse, we have white tarps lining the roof to keep the direct sun down but the whole shop gets a ton of natural light, its hard to portray in the pictures but its an awesome space.
Workshop is located on a beautiful, quiet ranch with private beach access and surf out front.
I run a one man business and I am the only other person sharing the space, I'm looking for someone else who has a similar small operation or shop needs.
If you need a bigger foot print there is a possibility of getting you more space. The workshop and ranch is an awesome location and I'm mostly looking to find someone who fits in well and will enjoy and respect the property
