California's Premiere Retirement Community is seeking a full-time Assisted Living Secretary for the weekends (Sat/Sun 7:30 am to 4:00 pm), to provide administrative and clerical support to the Director. Serve as a receptionist by answering the telephone, taking messages, and courteously directing residents and visitors. Maintains the schedule of all staff. We require two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with a geriatric population, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
