IBANEZ SRC6 BASS/BARITONE Electric Guitar - $495 (Goleta)

Although a six-string bass featuring a much narrower string spacing, shorter scale length and, most notably is tuned an octave below a standard guitar, instead of the more conventional B to C of other six-stringed bass guitars. Its general design is very similar to Fender's Bass VI instruments.
The SRC6 features a double-cutaway mahogany body bolted to a 30-inch scale jatoba and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone oval position markers. Components include a pair of EMG passive pickups, an Ibanez custom preamp with a three-band EQ, an Ibanez Tight End bridge with 10.8mm string spacing, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.
