This gate was from a recently restored 1920's George Washington Smith Montecito estate near Lilac Drive. It was a part of a series of landscaping gates that were used as a separation between multiple gardens and courtyards.
All parts are made of solid wrought iron. Simple with exquisite detailing. Includes a swing gate with twisted pickets and an attached side panel with 2 built-in hinges. Superior quality and heavy duty.
This one gate did not end up getting reused. Costs $2,000 upwards to fabricate this detailed gate excluding paint.
Gate: 3' wide x 47" height (not including top scroll detailing)
Attached side panel: 1' wide x 47" height
Perfect structural condition and ready for a fresh coat of paint in a color of your choosing.
