This originated from an old bank in Ohio. My mother had it fitted to our fireplace as a mantel. The brick part of the fireplace is 67.5" wide. The wood was originally dark stained oak. I lime-washed it as shown.
There is also another dark stained piece that shows the original color. This has been stored in the rafters of the garage for over 40 years. It is about 8' wide.
I've saved all the pieces of the mantel so if you happen to have a similarly sized fireplace, it should be an easy install. Or it could also work nicely as a wall ledge.
Lime-washed mantel: $150
Other dark-stained piece: $100
