Shipping & Receiving Lead – $22–$23/hr | Carpinteria (AM Shift)

Be part of something big—literally. Our client is one of the largest lighting technology manufacturers in the U.S., producing lighting for major stadiums, concerts, and large-scale events. We’re looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead to help run a fast-paced, high-impact warehouse operation.

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $22–$23/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the shipping team to complete daily orders accurately and on time

Coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor & Operations Manager

Verify orders, print/apply labels, and track shipments in the system

Allocate labor efficiently across projects

Work with inventory to resolve shortages

Train and develop team members

Partner with accounting to ensure smooth invoicing

Operate forklift and assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of shipping & receiving experience in a lead/supervisor role

Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills

Experience with inventory systems (NetSuite, SAP, HighJump, or similar)

Forklift certified

Comfortable using MS Word & Excel

Fluent in English

High school diploma or higher
