Ranch Foreman / Working Manager – Full Time (Avocado Ranch Operations & Property Maintenance) in Santa Barbara
Full-time Ranch Foreman / Working Manager position available for an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee ranch operations, maintenance crews, and overall property upkeep. Position is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing crews and maintaining agricultural or large rural properties.
Requirements:
-- Minimum 8 years of management or working supervisor experience
-- Experience managing crews and daily operations
-- Knowledge of avocado farming and orchard maintenance
-- Irrigation and sprinkler system knowledge
-- Fertilization and landscape maintenance experience
-- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-- Light construction / handyman experience
-- Property and facility maintenance experience
-- Heavy equipment operation experience (backhoe, bulldozer, etc.)
-- Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
-- Speak English & Spanish
