We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically capable of performing manual labor, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive property.
Job Responsibilities:
Power washing buildings, sidewalks, and common areas
Trimming trees and shrubs (up to 8 feet in height)
Cleaning gutters
Digging and leveling soil for landscaping and maintenance projects
General yard and landscape maintenance
Moving furniture, equipment, and other materials as needed
Installing signs, benches, and other outdoor fixtures
Maintaining the overall appearance of the property
Performing other grounds maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to pas a Background screen
Must pass a drug screen
********Must have a Real ID DL to work on base ************
Passport could also work
M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 1 hour lunch
pay is $23.00 hourly must have reliable transportation
looking to hire ASAP temp position could become permanent .
