Our client is one of the biggest manufacturers of lighting technology in the United States. They work on a variety of different projects, often creating the lights used for big stadiums, music venues, and other major events.
We are seeking a professional and punctual inventory associate to join our client’s main operation, which is in Carpinteria, CA.
This is one of our client’s key Warehouse positions. You will be one of the main associates in the inventory department, responsible for conducting cycle counts of the inventory.
You will also:
• Properly handle the product and place it into the right boxes.
• Get the shipping labels and place them on the right boxes
• Double-check shipping and verify all orders to ensure everything gets sent to the right location.
• Process the sales orders, utilizing the company system
• Work on any other duties as directed by the inventory lead and supervisor.
This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy:
• You have at least 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
• You have strong computer and communication skills.
• You know how to use MS Office products like Word and Excel
• You speak and present yourself well
• You can lift to 50 lbs. on occasion
• You move quickly, and you know how to get orders done expediently.
• You are fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• You are familiar with inventory parts (3-6 months to reach proficiency).
• You have a high school diploma or higher level of education.
