I'm a congenial, communicative, articulate, dependable, organized, courteous, intelligent, honest, and youthful 74-year-old male, who is seeking a suitable, safe, upscale rental unit in the Carpinteria, California Region.
My long-term employment ended during December 2019 and now remain officially retired.
I have been residing in the same, cost-effective, San Luis Obispo studio unit since March 2020. I would enjoy living in an equally affordable place (comparable to my current living environment/arrangement/rent price).
I'm seeking a relaxed living culture which adds more vibrancy, opportunities for more activities, leading to mutually compatible, enhanced, like-minded, sophisticated, human-connections in my life — a population that is more "laid-back" and "simpatico" with my way of thinking.
My genuine, authentic, down-to-earth nature has served me well through the years, as I experience the diversity of life. You will notice that I engage with others easily, as I share many unique and amazing stories.
As an entertainer in various forms in the past, I tend to gravitate toward humorous, smart, positive-minded, unconventional, creative-types who are liberal-thinking.
I require a studio-sized area with a private entrance and private bathroom. I do not need a large living environment — just need the "basics".

NOTE: My paltry income will only allow me to afford a $700.00-800.00 per month payment. (rely solely on Social Security income). I currently pay $700.00 per month.
