I can only afford about 1100-1200 per month and don’t have enough saved up to provide a deposit at the moment, but can pay extra towards deposit for several months.
I’m hoping to find a rental that is a studio or one bedroom with kitchen and bath. I haven’t had access to a kitchen or a private bathroom in about 4-5 years and the prices just keep going up :(. I’d really like to stay in my hometown if I can.
I work for a local organization and have a hybrid schedule but mostly work from home. I have a good stable job that I’ve been at for 2.5 years.
Hoping for a miracle to find a good and safe place to live within my budget.
