Looking for affordable long or short term housing near SB (Santa Barbara)

Hello,
I am a young 30s single working professional in the non-profit realm in Santa Barbara. Because of that, I don’t make a lot of money. I can afford $1,000 a month, but happy to supplement additional rent with extra labor in landscape maintenance, gardening, or pet care.
I do not have any pets or children, and do not smoke or do drugs. I am a quiet and respectful tenant, gone most of the time for work. I am looking for anything from a granny flat, ADU, detached unit, to a private bedroom with private bathroom. Ideally within the SB or Carpinteria area.
