They have been stored outside for a while so there is some dirt and surface rust, but they are structurally sound. No rusted through areas. The rust is only cosmetic and should be easy to remove with some wirebrushing / sanding / rust remover chemical. Easy to powerwash.
Would be great as is for storage in your garage or shop. With a new coat of paint would be great for the house. Or use them outside for garden supplies. Or as a source of sheet metal for fabrication.
