Including: bed frame, two twin XL mattresses, one (1) twin XL mattress protector, remote controls and one hour of our handyman's time to assist in local move and re-assembly of beds. (He knows this unit and will be a tremendous help to you).
The bed height is adjustable. It moves like a hospital bed but with no bed rails. It has an under the bed nightlight! Each side has its own remote control. The bed can be used together as a split king size, or individually as 2 separate Twin XL beds. We have used it both ways.
This is approximately 2 years old. The mattresses were purchased from Costco. Selling all for essentially the cost of mattresses.
