I bought this premium KraftMaid bathroom vanity at Home Depot to install in our new ADU but purchased the wrong dimensions. It's a cherrywood veneer with soft-close/self-closing drawers and cabinet door. (36"x"22.) My contractor cut the back panel to accommodate our plumbing. Of course, additional cuts or adjustments would be a simple fix and not visible once the countertop and sink are installed. We purchased this item for $1,120 and will sell for $650. I also have a piece of manufactured quartz slab ("Taj Majal") that could be cut to fit the vanity that I would include for free. (The photo of the installed version is the same make and model but at 18" depth.)
