Book is 1st printing from 1999.
Does have some VERY slight soiling on outside edges of pages (yes --- I used this book, lightly). Please refer to all photos.
The front cover, at top, is a bit crinkled in the middle.
There is one page where I made a cook's note in pencil. (See if you can find it here in the photographs.)
Other than that: NO torn pages, no stains on pages. Spine of book is nice and solid.
