The Ellwood at Goleta Beach is seeking skilled, dependable team members to join our PM service. We are a chef-driven kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and creating a professional, positive work environment.
We are currently hiring for:
Line Cook (PM Shift)
Expo (Expeditor)
Food Runners
We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Line Cook – Requirements:
5+ years of professional line cook experience
Experience working sauté, grill, and plancha
Strong prep and knife skills
Ability to read and execute recipes in English
Clean, organized, detail-oriented work habits
Positive attitude and strong teamwork
Expo – Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage ticket flow and maintain pacing between kitchen and front of house
Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
Previous expo or strong service experience preferred
Food Runner – Requirements:
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
