This position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves service, values teamwork, and enjoys connecting with guests in a refined yet relaxed environment. A minimum of three years of upscale dining experience is required, along with a positive attitude, professional presence, and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
Availability for a varied schedule is important and will include lunch shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
