Positions & Responsibilities
Waitstaff (10): Greet guests, serve plated courses and beverages, clear tables, maintain polished floor service, follow lead server/manager instructions, uphold fine-dining service standards and timing. Must be comfortable carrying trays, working standing for long periods, and interacting professionally with guests.
Dishwasher (1): Fast, efficient dishwashing and pot/sheet handling, maintain clean dish station and assist with basic kitchen cleanup. Ability to work quickly under pressure required.
Required Qualifications
Previous event, fine-dining, or banquet experience strongly preferred for waitstaff.
Ability to follow directions, work as a team, and stay calm under pressure.
Must be punctual and reliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for entire shift, and perform repetitive tasks.
Legal authorization to work.
Attire & Grooming (STRICT — no exceptions)
All black, clean, pressed, and coordinated.
Black dress slacks (no jeans, no joggers).
Black button-up long-sleeve shirt (tucked in).
Black belt.
Black dress shoes OR all-black sneakers (no visible logos, scuffs, or white soles).
Minimal jewelry; neat, professional hairstyle; well-groomed appearance. No visible tattoos or piercings that violate upscale dress standards (cover tattoos if requested).
Shift Details & Pay************** $25hr + Tip
Single-day event; exact date, location, call time, and shift length will be provided to selected hires. You must be available the full shift and any mandatory pre-event meeting or briefing. (10 mts)
