The Avantgarde Acoustic Zero 1 XD is a compact, three-way, active horn speaker system designed to be an easier-to-produce, "plug and play" alternative to the company's larger models. It features horn-loaded tweeter and midrange drivers, a direct-radiating bass driver, and a high sensitivity of over 104dB. The XD model includes a separate active bass module for extended low-frequency response.
For sake of transparency there are very some small marks (less than 1/4") on the front of a portion of the speakers, faint enough they are difficult to photograph. They are not obvious unless you specifically look for them, and not visible from a distance of a few feet.
