Recommendation for a cleaning person (downtown Santa Barbara)

Looking for a cleaning person for 3 hours every 2 weeks for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath small apartment.
Also, 1 hour of cleaning each month for tiny studio at the back of the apartment.
Total hours each month: 7 @ $25/hr.
If you can recommend someone, that would be much appreciated!
