Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Concrete Foreman to lead a crew of 3-6 workers. You will be responsible for the daily execution of projects from layout to final finish. This is a working foreman role; you will be expected to operate equipment, set forms, pour concrete and fill-out paperwork while managing your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise crew members in all phases of concrete construction (forming, pouring, finishing).
• Perform layout, footing excavation, and form setting to precise specifications.
• Operate tools and heavy equipment (skid steers, saws, vibrators) safely.
• Order and schedule concrete deliveries and material pickups.
• Ensure all safety regulations (OSHA) are strictly followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout plans.
