2005 Johnson 30 hp 2-stroke long shaft (20”). This engine is better than anything you can buy new today. Absolutely bulletproof. I would never sell it except I don’t have a boat to use it on.


I purchased this from a Johnson dealer in 2007. I used it for 5 years on my 15’ aluminum boat, approximately 8-10 times per year for 2 hours on average. That puts the hours at around 100. Cleaned and flushed after every use. Since 2012 it has been stored in my shop. It is time for someone else who appreciates what an amazing and incredible engine this is to enjoy it.

This is the best and most reliable outboard I have ever seen. Absolutely bulletproof! Starts on the first pull! Way way better than any 4-stroke currently on the market. Weighs only 115 lbs. Easy pull start (no battery to cause problems).

Superior hole shot, power to weight ratio, reliability and low low maintenance. I have it set up with tiller controls but I am also including remote controls along with it. Includes new fuel tank.

Includes custom kelp cutters. $500+ value.

A new 4 stroke is $4K to $5K. Why buy a crappy 4 stroke for twice as much?
