Why am I selling?

To be up front about it: the battery or electrical system seems to be a bit wonky. If I push things, putting the bike on level 3 (highest) assist and speed around at ~28mph (~45km/h), the something will crap out around mile 8 even though the battery charge is still >80%.
This by itself is not really a big deal. If I keep the bike at level 1 assist, I can do my 15mi roundtrip commute with no issues, maintaining a good ~19-20mph (~32km/h). There are two other reason why I'm selling: (a) we recently got a new cargo bike and thus this one is a spare and (b) the Juiced company went out of business and it's future is still uncertain.
