Up for rent starting May 1st, 2026 is an unfurnished beach studio only a 2 minute walk to the sand.
Approximately, 500 sqft. studio with a full kitchen in the coveted La Conchita beach community.
Only 5 minutes to Carpinteria, 15 minutes to Ventura and Santa Barbara. There are two tunnels that lead to the 2.5 mile stretch of beach and a bike path entrance that leads to Ventura and Santa Barbara at the main tunnel. Amazing surf is only a bike ride away at the world class Rincon and Little Rincon and on the high tide fun surf just a walk out-front. For those interested in spearfishing, excellent spearfishing and lobstering as well!
The detached Studio has a closet for storage, and recently upgraded in the unit is a new gas stove top and oven.(not pictured in the images yet).
Has a fair amount of storage in the attic above the unit and a smaller shed for use as well for storage.
Main house is occupied by a professional couple and they oversee the property.
There is an open grass area behind the studio and in the easement in the rear of the property is a shared gardening space and chickens/chicken coop.
Due to the layout of the studio there is only one sink in the kitchen and only a shower and toilet in the bathroom.
There is also a hot water shower on the outside of the studio.
There is space for a queen bed in the bed nook area, a sofa, TV. Console and dresser. I believe the table and chairs for the studio are available to stay in the kitchen if desired.
Washer and dryer in also provided in the unit, not displayed in the images yet.
Looking for a 1 year -6 month lease.
Rent is $1750 and includes utilities. WiFi cost is to be split with main house tenants.
Tenant also will be responsible to take care of a portion of the yard maintenance around the studio as well as parking area. The remainder of the yard will be maintained by main house residents.
No Pets
Only one car ideally, possibly 2 for the right candidate.
