This small 10-unit apartment complex is a gem, most people have lived here for decades. It’s quiet, tucked away, yet very proximal to downtown (walking / biking). The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and tons of natural light. It has cottage charm with all new appliances and fixtures, including a brand new sinks, counters, range, fridge, bathtub, etc. The living room has a large window looking into a very quiet courtyard with a cozy wood burning fireplace, and the breakfast nook gets great morning light. Laundry onsite, off street parking, and a detached single car garage for additional parking or storage. The property management company is very responsive and easy to work with. Neighbors are very quiet and kind.
The bedrooms are large. Bedroom photo has a king bed with a chair on one side and dresser on the other for space reference. Both rooms have large closets as well, along with additional closet space in the hallway and living, plus ample cupboard space in kitchen.
Management company: 1) does not allow pets, only service animals 2) requires combined monthly income at lease 3x the rent 3) great credit 4) excellent references (they will check the last three)
I love this place and am sad to leave it, but separating from my partner and cannot find someone to fill the other room. This is a great find, for whoever lives here next
