Experienced General Contractor, semi-retired but not dead, can handle most anything. Very few things I've never seen before from carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and even most HVAC (short of refridgerant) problems. Obviously, paint and tile/flooring as its not rocket science, but that's what got me into to the trades 45 years ago. I may be able to talk you through the job yourself as I'm not in it for the work anymore, just prefer my skills and tools not sit idle while folks like you need a hand.
