Looking for an experienced technician to repair a commercial undercounter dishwasher.

*Unit powers on, but there is a continuous electrical buzzing and no fill, wash, or drain functions activate.
*Suspected control, relay, timer, or safety circuit issue.
This a commercial machine, not residential. It's a used machine I purchased off Craigslist a month ago. The previous owner said it was in good working condition, but it was likely not run for 3+ months. Hoping to find someone comfortable with electrical troubleshooting/repairing restaurant/kitchen equipment.
