I offer personal training and senior stroll companionship here in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. I am certified through ACE Fitness along with CPR/AED. I work with a private studio in Los Olivos or within distance I am available for in home service.
With over 10 years of exercise experience, I can help you start off your exercise journey right. I offer personalized workout plans for those seeking to build muscle, lose weight, and/or improve flexibility.
As a senior stroll companion, I am able to provide some sense of safety and security for older adults who want to just walk around in their favorite park or in their own neighborhoods.
