I am a semi retired professional male, 40 years in business designing luxury interior design furniture and accessories for high end showrooms based in LA, with outlets in the 13 regular markets across the country. I have excellent references with all of my former clients; happy to share . . . Rose Tarlow, Michael Taylor, Formations, Dennis and Leen, Michael Smith, others . . . I would like to have a small work space to keep designing and prototyping for these long term clients, not with my former crew of 30 employees; just myself now. A garage space would be ideal.
I am quiet, professional, and easy to get along with.
I have resided in Santa Barbara for 15+ years and love this area; hoping to stay in the vicinity.
Recent circumstances have left me personally in a quieter space, which I love.
I have local references in Santa Barbara and Montecito, both professional and personal for 10 years +.
