Hi,
I am looking for a space I can install a REMOVABLE 10x10 shed, which will be put in and removed at my expense or gifted to the property. Property owner can sign off the specs of the shed before it is set up. I have extensive experience with the County and City pertaining to real estate and property use. This does not need to be permitted and can be put on any piece of property regardless of zoning. Happy to draw up contract with provision concerning immediate removal of property. You will not be stuck with it on the property without legal.financial penalties in the even of a vacate. Although this would never happen it is for piece of mind. I have an electric motorcycle (completely silent, uses no liquid, gas, oil, etc). I would like to have a place to store from the elements and have a place to keep equipment I use for it as well as tools. Would be accessing 2-4 times a week for no longer than an hour at a time.
